1) What is your relationship with Nana G Creations?
@ Nana G Creations is our original Baby shop. Our payment processing still goes through our Nana G Creations name (for the time being).

2) How are your shipping fees calculated?
@ We calculate all shipping fees based on total weight. We found this to be the most cost effective approach for our customers.
@ SBBandME reserves the right to find the best shipping option available. In the event we are able to ship your total order with a more cost efficient manner, we will refund notify you accordingly.

3) Do you ship international?
@ We ship worldwide. If for any reason you are not able to check out due to international location problems, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. It may be that we have not included your country's mailing zone in our checkout system. If you provide us with the address, we will correct the checkout with the amount of shipping costs associated with your country. Please read our important information regarding international shipping on our "Shipping Page".

4) If I see something in your shop and would like it personalized, can you do this?
@ Almost, but not everything. Sometimes the pattern of the fabric just prohibits personalizing it. If you have a question on a specific product, you can simply email me through our contact page. I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
@ We have tried to include a small note in any of our listings that we know would look adorable personalized. For those listings, we have included an option at checkout for the name to be used, and all you will need to do is include the "Personalize it" Add On listing. In most cases we've included a link in the product listing.
@ If you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to contact me prior to your order and I will do my best to answer you within an hour or so (depending upon time of day).

5) How long do I have to wait for my order to be completed and shipped? Also noted in our Shipping Section.
@ Our current turn around time is 5 to 7 Business days (does not include weekends or holidays). If we feel that we can complete your order sooner, we will tell you that in our order notification email upon payment receipt. If there are any expected delays, we will also advise you of the delay. Priority Shipping is for mailing purpose only, and does not change completion time frame unless prior request is approved by shop owner.

6) Do you charge sales tax?
@SBB andME is required to charge a 8.25% sales tax for sales made in the State of Texas only.
